  1.1.Eligibility
  • The raffle is only available to PRO Members.
  • Participants must be PRO members by midnight on 31st December 2025 when the data for the draw will be finalized.
  • Users on a free PRO trial are not eligible.

  1.2. How to Enter
  To participate in the raffle, you must complete the following steps by 31st December 2025:

  1.3. Boost Your Chances of Winning
  • Share and tag two of your hunting friends for additional entries.
  ‍
  1.4. Raffle Timeline
  • The competition runs until 31st December 2025.
  • The winner will be chosen at random using a computer-generated randomizer.
  
  1.5. Winner Announcement and Prize Acceptance
  • The winner will be announced via email in January 2026.
  • The winner will have 48 hours to accept the prize.
  
  If the winner does not accept the prize within the given timeframe, a replacement winner will be chosen.
  
  1.6. General Conditions
  • The decision of the organizer regarding any aspect of the raffle is final and binding.There is no cash alternative to the prize on offer.By entering the raffle, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

  About the Prize

  2.1.Prize Specifics
  • The prize consists of two days hunting, comprising of an AM and PM session each day.
  • The winner may take one CWD or Muntjac of any size (including medals), plus one representative male of the other, during the trip. A total of animals maximum may be taken.
  • Winner must obey the guidance of his guide at all times.
  ‍
  If the winner behaves in an unsafe manner at any point, the guide or company reserve the right to cancel the remainder of the hunt with no further recourse.
  
  2.2. Dates of the prize is the 28th and 29th of November 2026. Arrival is on the 27th November and collection is available from Birmingham airport.The Departure is on the 30th October and drop off is available to Birmingham airport.
  
  2.3. Other
  
  • Hunting costs are covered by Hunter & Companion GmbH. Hunter & Companion GmbH will assist with gun visitor permits if the winner wishes to bring their own rifle (time permitting).Travel costs are to be covered by the winner. All additional costs and expenses (i.e. tips, taxidermy etc) are to be covered by the winner.
